Upload the PDF instead of retyping it

Anyone sending invoices to the public sector today without generating them from a system transfers them by hand: the recipient, every line, every tax rate, every total — from scratch for each invoice. That is exactly the work the new PDF invoice import takes over.

There are four steps: upload the PDF, Mistral AI reads the document as a whole, you check the result field by field, you release it. Delivery then runs over our certified Peppol Access Point.

What is not left to the model: your own details — company identity, address, Peppol ID, bank accounts — come from your master data, not from the PDF. And before anything leaves the house, six checks run that can lock sending: among them a live lookup of whether the recipient can receive this document on the Peppol network at all, a comparison of the printed totals against the recalculated ones, and Schematron validation of the generated UBL.

Two things said plainly: the import currently accepts PDF only, and the release stays with you — typing becomes checking, not nothing.
