Retention Period

  • Contact enquiries: 12 months after completion of the enquiry
  • Contract data: Duration of the contractual relationship + statutory retention periods (10 years)
  • Technical data: 90 days

We only share your data when necessary:

  • PEPPOL network: Invoice data is transmitted to the recipient via the PEPPOL network
  • Hosting provider: Our servers are operated within the EU
  • Payment service provider: For processing payments
  • Legal obligation: When we are legally required to do so

This website uses Matomo, a self-hosted open-source web analytics platform. Matomo runs on our own servers within the European Union — no data is shared with third parties.
