Seats — per active end customer
For partners managing end customers via the BizzLink portal. The tier is calculated automatically each month based on the number of active end customers.

Recalculated each month based on active end customers — no manual switching required.
Fewer than 3 active end customers → invoiced €75/month.
A client counts as active when at least one Peppol transaction (send or receive) was recorded during the month.
Calculated per end customer beyond 1,000 sent tx/month. Volumes across end customers are not aggregated.
No setup fees, no activation commission. Technical integration (API, portal, documentation) is entirely free.
Subscription is billed at the start of each month. Overage from the previous month is settled on the next month's invoice, alongside that month's subscription — no upfront overage payment, no annual reconciliation. Minimum term 3 months.
Flow — monthly transaction pool
A fixed monthly pool of transactions, regardless of the number of end customers. Ideal when a few clients generate most of the traffic.

The monthly pool covers all sending transactions across all end customers. Receiving remains unlimited.
If the pool is exceeded for 2 consecutive months, you're automatically upgraded to the next tier. Email notification before activation.
If usage stays below 50% of the pool for 3 consecutive months, a downgrade is offered by email. Never automatic — you decide.
Unused transactions are not carried over to the next month. Minimum term 3 months.
Combine Seats + Flow
Assign each end customer to the model that fits best — freely mix both models within the same partner contract.
Assign each end customer to Seats or Flow via your dashboard. Change the assignment at the beginning of each month, at no cost.
One monthly invoice per partner with two separate lines: (1) Seats by tier, (2) Flow by pack + overage. Detailed listing attached.
The Flow pool covers only Flow-assigned clients. Seats clients do not consume the Flow pool.
Move an end customer from one model to the other at the beginning of each month, at no cost.
